If you can’t stay with us as planned…

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to three days before arrival, if you have booked one or two rooms. For three to five rooms, free cancellation is possible up to ten days before your stay. If these deadlines have passed, please get in touch with us as soon as you can. We will then release your room for rent again. If there is someone else who would like to stay with us at short notice, we will not charge you anything. If we don’t manage to rent out the room, you will unfortunately have to pay for your booking.
